Arrived back from holidays to a beautiful and thoughtful card from Ray. Our 16 yr old dog Cleo had to be put to sleep 3 days before we left, needless to say it was heartbreaking and upsetting for all...
Arrived back from holidays to a beautiful and thoughtful card from Ray. Our 16 yr old dog Cleo had to be put to sleep 3 days before we left, needless to say it was heartbreaking and upsetting for all of us. I can't say enough about how Ray handled the whole situation with us and the kids, he explained everything to the kids and gave us as much time as we needed with Cleo before and after. Finally the card we received was beautifully written and helped to put us all at ease that we made the right decision. Thanks so much to Ray and all the staff.

We have been attending spa view since our dog was a puppy and we just couldn't rate the care, attention and level of interest highly enough. Absolutely brilliant clinic, would not go anywhere else. Had my dog in here Christmas morning and was dealt with no problem at all , I got her neutered last week and the vet rang the next day to check...

Arrived back from holidays to a beautiful and thoughtful card from Ray. Our 16 yr old dog Cleo had to be put to sleep 3 days before we left, needless to say it was heartbreaking and upsetting for all of us. I can't say enough about how Ray handled the whole situation with us and the kids, he explained everything to the kids and gave us as much time as we needed with Cleo before and after. Finally the card we received was beautifully written and helped to put us all at ease that we made the right decision. Thanks so much to Ray and all the staff.
