Thank you to all the staff at this clinic. Dr. Daniel you spent a lot of time with our Abbey over the past year. We listened to your advice and followed your directions to give Abbey the best life possible. You have so much care and compassion to offer not only for the animals but the family who live with them. Our last visit with Dr Vinny was indeed a sad one but the support of you and all of your staff was amazing. Abbey is now at peace without pain. As Dr. Vinny said she is chasing butterflies. Thank you for being there. You can tell this is more than a job for all of you!

My family and I have been going to the Caledonia vet clinic for over 20 years. They're honest and friendly. I drive in from Hamilton to see them even though I have nearest vet clinics within a five minute drive that I could use. I strongly recommend checking them out.

Two years ago my best friend Buddy was attacked by an off leash dog.Dr Vinny did emergency surgery and saved his life.Vinny said the odds of bud having a healthy life were not great because off his age and how serious it was .Buds a fighter and is still going strong.Bud is having some heart issues now and Vinny once again prescribed some meds and is helping Bud.Everyone at the clinic are all so nice and know that our pets are our family.Bud says thanks Vinny and every Buddy. Bud is almost 16 and i know im lucky to have such a special guy,hope for a couple more years.

They are all professionals that make you feel like your dogs (pets) are family when you bring them to the clinic. I would recommend you try this clinic and you will notice the difference when your pet gets treated like a family member instead of a dollar figure.

First time coming here with my adult cat Dexter. From the time we walked in until the time we left I felt welcome and all the staff there were super friendly. I felt like everything was explained to me in a professional, easy to understand manner. We waited half an HR in the waiting room (first Tuesday after a long weekend) and our Dr was extremely apologetic. Something that was not needed but does not go unseen. I am willing to wait hrs for quality care so that was not an issue to me whatsoever. Will be back and I will recommend anyone from the Hamilton or Haldimand areas to give them a try. All in all amazing Drs and staff topped up with memorable costumer service allows me to give this vet a 5 star review. Very very very easy to talk to. Not pushy at all.

I love the Caledonia vet clinic! We have been going there for almost 7 years now. They take things to the next level and help you when needed with your animal even if it includes another shelter, humane society and or SPCA. Their amazing. I have never thought about changing vets. Their a keeper in my books. We come all the way from St. Catharines now.

I've been going to see Dr Vinny and Isabel Hetram for 20 yrs and simply have had zero concerns. My pets owe their life to these wonderful people and their family oriented business. They're lofving and caring and know that your pet is not just an animal but a member of your family unit and treats you and your pets accordingly. If your pet is a family member, then I highly recommend them and their services.

My family and I have been going to the Caledonia vet clinic for over 20 years. They're honest and friendly. I drive in from Hamilton to see them even though I have nearest vet clinics within a five minute drive that I could use. I strongly recommend checking them out.

First time coming here with my adult cat Dexter. From the time we walked in until the time we left I felt welcome and all the staff there were super friendly. I felt like everything was explained to me in a professional, easy to understand manner. We waited half an HR in the waiting room (first Tuesday after a long weekend) and our Dr was extremely apologetic. Something that was not needed but does not go unseen. I am willing to wait hrs for quality care so that was not an issue to me whatsoever. Will be back and I will recommend anyone from the Hamilton or Haldimand areas to give them a try. All in all amazing Drs and staff topped up with memorable costumer service allows me to give this vet a 5 star review. Very very very easy to talk to. Not pushy at all.

I love the Caledonia vet clinic! We have been going there for almost 7 years now.
